As a key member of the c-Quilibrium team, you assist the client with the installation procedure of our in-house developed software platform. You will test necessary technical prerequisites and during this phase you will install and configure the software, create or upgrade databases, create paths, users, manage security and establish communication between the different servers on which the software is deployed or from which information needs to be gathered. Furthermore you will support the client, give trainings to key users and write technical documentation for installation packages that the client installs himself. As clients are both national as international, occasional travel abroad is included.

You
have experience in installing and supporting a (preferably) in-house developed software package

• are familiar with Windows Server, SQL server (2010/2014 – writing queries), SQL server client, IIS and ideally asp.net applications that are deployed on IIS
• can write small (batch) scripts yourself (sql, Powershell, Bat, VBS) and have a general knowledge of server maintenance
• are familiar with back-up best practices, scheduling and general integration issues
• are fluent in Dutch, French and English
• have a service minded attitude and are eager to learn
